This involved understanding the diverse user base of TFG and designing content that was both informative and engaging. The challenge was to ensure that the modules were not only educational but also captivating enough to maintain user interest.

As an e-learning graphic designer, I played a crucial role in enhancing TFG's e-learning modules. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, I focused on understanding user needs and creating engaging content.

Sprint Activities:

  • Participated in team meetings to discuss project goals and user needs.

  • Conducted user research to gather insights and feedback.

  • Engaged in sprint planning and retrospective meetings to ensure continuous improvement.

Design:

  • Utilized Adobe Illustrator for creating artboards and designing the visual elements of the e-learning modules.

  • Created high-fidelity designs to visualize the content.

  • Used Miro for collaborative sessions and research presentations.

  • Managed tasks and workflows using Jira.

Process Followed as an Expert E-learning Graphic Designer

  1. Product Definition:

    • Collaborated with stakeholders to understand user requirements and business goals.

    • Created user personas and user stories to define the product scope.

  2. Research:

    • Conducted market and competitor analysis.

    • Performed user research to identify needs, expectations, and pain points.

  3. Analysis:

    • Developed hypothetical personas and experience maps based on research findings.

    • Analyzed user flows to ensure a seamless user experience.

  4. Design:

    • Started with sketching and creating artboards in Adobe Illustrator to visualize the concept.

    • Created high-fidelity designs to simulate the final product.

    • Developed design specifications, including user flow and task flow diagrams.

Conclusion

My role involved creating visually appealing and engaging e-learning modules that enhanced user experience and compliance. The project successfully delivered interactive and immersive training content, contributing to TFG's commitment to innovation and excellence in retail.
